Millwork Industry Estimator – Etobicoke, ON (Permanent)

About Our Client: Our client is a Millwork and Manufacturing Firm that has been in business for over 20 years and they are growing! They are looking for two experienced Estimators who come from the industry, professionals familiar with customer work in Wood, Stone, Glass, Acrylics and more!

What You Will Be Doing, as an Estimator:

• Determining the costs and logistics associated with millwork contracts for large commercial construction projects
• Preparing quotes and proposals to present to clients
• Reading architectural and interior design drawings
• Reviewing contract documents, such as project specifications, construction schedules, and bid forms
• Using Bluebeam, Onedrive, and Saleshandy software regularly
• Assessing all factors of a project scope that may impact cost
• Estimating time, materials and labour required to complete a project

What You Should Have, as an Estimator:

• 6+ years of experience in the architectural, construction, and manufacturing industry
• Experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with Bluebeam, Onedrive, and Saleshandy software
• Experience in the woodworking or millwork industry
• Innergry software experience is an asset

What You Will Receive as an Estimator:

• $70,000-$100,000 depending on experience – must come from industry

The Shift You Will Be Working is:

• 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Monday - Friday
• In Office
