Business Development Manager – Permanent.

What you will be doing as a Business Development Manager:
- To provide strategic leadership and detailed planning.
- To understand the market and how our products best fit in that space.
- Integrate best practices for health, safety, and environment (HSE).
- Ensure compliance with local standards and internal policies.
- Promote the sustainable and environmentally responsible aspects.
- Monitor and evaluate KPIs specific to mobile unit utilization and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and advantageous business agreements.
- Ensure regular follow-up and maintain high client satisfaction levels.
- Strong conflict management and negotiation skills.
- Use and maintain the sales tools given that separate us from the competition.
- To be a leader of the brand both externally and internally and maintain a positive attitude.
- Report on market trends, client feedback, and project performance related to mobile solutions.
- Drive prospecting efforts to acquire clients across diverse industrial sectors, such as oil & gas, chemical, and manufacturing.
- Collaborate with international teams in the U.S., Canada, and France to enhance the deployment and scalability of the mobile solutions fleet.
What you should have as a Business Development Manager:
- Degree in engineering, water, environmental science, or a related field Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Expertise in water treatment technologies with a focus on mobile and modular systems.
- Proficiency in English (French is an asset).
- Excellent time-management skills with a sense of urgency and attention to detail is a must.
- Sales driven, must have a hunter mentality.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic decision-making capability.

The Shift You Will Be Working is:
- Day Shift
- 7:00am – 5:30pm
- Monday to Friday
Where You Will Be Working as a Business Development Manager:
- GTA, Etobicoke, ON
- Frequent travel required (client meetings, trade shows, and on-site evaluations) – primarily within Canada, occasionally to the USA, and potentially to France for collaboration with international teams.
