Construction Project Coordinator –Temporary to Permanent
What you will be doing:
- Assist Operations Managers with project scheduling, planning, and coordination.
- Track project progress and support staff scheduling and payroll accuracy.
- Coordinate the delivery and pickup of rental equipment, tools, and supplies for job sites.
- Prepare detailed work orders including drawings, budgets, scope of work, and project specifications.
- Support job planning and resource allocation across multiple projects.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of field staff as the company grows.
- Help maintain shop operations and inventory organization.
- Work with project teams to resolve challenges and keep projects on schedule.
What you should have:
- Takeoff Software experience-must have
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong computer and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- DCS / DEC or equivalent education
- 1+ year experience in Project coordination or project management
- Construction or related industry
- Customer service
