Director of National Strategic Relationships
The objective of the Director of National Strategic Relationship is to manage all sales operations at a national level. This includes planning and evaluating the activities of the sales department, developing and implementing sales strategies and establishing sales policies and procedures. In your role you will manage regional sales teams, drive pipeline growth and ensure revenue delivery. Oversee training, hiring, and team performance. Aligning closely with marketing and executive teams. Relied upon supporting key deals and senior customer engagement. This role blends leadership, strategy, and commercial execution on scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and communicating revenue targets to the management, and individual sales goals to the sales team
- Giving detailed presentations on proposals and analyzing their effects upon implementation
- Creating good rapport with customers to develop and maintain trustworthiness
- Motivating and inspiring employees to meet sales targets that match the company’s goals
- Training and orientation new hires
- Establishing daily, weekly, monthly and yearly targets to act as a guideline that enables measurement of individual and group performance
- Developing and implementing strategic plans for actualizing stales targets
- Providing regular detailed sales reports
Marketing Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align operational strategies with marketing initiatives and sales deck requirements.
- Ensure that operational activities support and enhance the overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Provide insights into market trends and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in a senior sales or leadership role
- Proven success managing large sales teams and high value-targets
- Experience setting strategy, quotas and territory plans
- Skilled in budgeting, forecasting and revenue analysis
- Strong leadership, mentoring and hiring capabilities
- Ability to collaborate across all operational teams for implementation
- Confident presentation to executive teams
- Deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamic
Work Hours & Benefits:
The role of Director of National Strategic Relationships is a hybrid opportunity. The role comes with specific demands. Demands that may include out-of-province travel, long-distance driving, performance demands and meeting sales targets
Reporting:
This role reports directly to the Senior Vice President
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary $130,000- $150,000
- Bonus up to 30%

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
