Product Manager- Clutch/Cable Carrier/Coupling – Mississauga, ON (Permanent)

As Product Manager you will provide the vision and leadership that sets a roadmap for success. Along that road you will work with the sales and marketing team to execute a plan that exceeds customer expectations while achieving profitable results. Reporting to the Vice President Sales Marketing we will work together as a team to prove our value every day, to our business partners and most importantly our customers.

What You Will Be Doing, as a Product Manager- Clutch/Cable Carrier/Coupling:

• To provide strategic leadership and detailed planning.
• To consistently report on progress.
• To work along with the salesforce to exceed realistic budgets.
• To meet the customer’s expectations as a technical product expert.
• To understand the market and how our products best fit in that space.
• To internally manage and bridge the gaps.
• Strong conflict management and negotiation skills.
• To have a consistent presence in all parts of the country.
• Use and maintain the sales tools given that separate us from the competition.
• To be a leader of the brand both externally and internally and maintain a positive attitude.

What You Should Have, as a Product Manager- Clutch/Cable Carrier/Coupling:

• A higher level of education in the fields of business and/or mechanical engineering.
• 3-4 years of related industry experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both externally and internally.
• Clutch, Cable Carrier (Kabelschlepp) and Coupling (ATR), knowledge experience is a preferred
• Power Transmission knowledge experience
• Product Management experience
• The ability to adapt to changing or unexpected events.
• Personal motivation and ability to provide creative thought.
• Good analytical skills, including full proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Ability to travel.

What You Will Receive as a Product Manager- Clutch/Cable Carrier/Coupling:

• $90,000-$100,000 based on experience
