Cross Dock Forklift Operator

About Our Client
Our client is a leader in the transportation and logistics industry. Some of their services include:

  • Cross-docking
  • Warehousing
  • Distribution

They are looking for an experienced forklift operator to join their team.

What You Will Be Doing, as a Cross dock Forklift Operator:

  • Operate a forklift to move and stack freight
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the forklift
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Adhere to all safety regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Should Have, as a Cross dock Forklift Operator:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a forklift
  • Valid forklift license
  • TDG certificate
  • Clean background check
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50lbs.

In Return, You Will Receive:

  • $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
  • Overtime
  • Paid Weekly via EFT
  • 4% vacation pay, paid out directly

The Shift You Will Be Working is:

  • Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:30 pm

Where You Will Be Working, as a Cross dock Forklift Operator:

  • Calgary, AB (not bus accessible)
