Production Associate (Temporary to Permanent)
About Our Client
Our client is a leading Edmonton-based manufacturer and installer of custom glass and closet solutions. They specialize in providing high-quality, customized products for new home builders, renovators, and retail clients, ensuring a perfect fit and installation for every project.
What You Will Be Doing, as a Production Associate :
- Work in assigned production departments such as mirrors, closets, wire shelving, and shower enclosures.
- Measure, assemble, and label components according to specifications.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Participate in quality checks and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Should Have, as a Production Associate :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
In Return, You Will Receive:
- $21.00 per hour
- Paid weekly, every Friday.
- Opportunity for permanent hire
- 4% vacation pay – accrued and paid out when you need it
- Access to a Vertical Representative Monday to Friday 8am to 11pm and on weekends
The Shift You Will be Working is:
- Monday to Friday
- Full-time, 40-hours per week.
