Data Entry Representative – Temporary or Permanent
About Our Client
Our client is looking for a new team member to join their data entry/customer service team. They are a car auction company in BOLTON so they are always busy! You will be completing data entry after a purchase, as well as providing customer service to the customers in the facility/over the phone. If you are looking for full time ongoing work with the opportunity of permanent hire, this is for you!
What You Will Be Doing, as a Data Entry Representative:
- Assist the Relationship Manager in achieving portfolio goals.
- Onboard new customers and help their business find areas of opportunity and growth.
- Manage short term business liquidity through temporary credit increases and line modifications for customers.
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to provide strong lead generation for both groups.
- Use strong critical thinking skills to assess business and risk situations and work with your manager to formulate an appropriate plan.
- Assist in promotion efforts to new and existing accounts and execute product campaigns.
- Utilize all available customer relationship management (CRM) tools and work queue task assignments to effectively service our customers while developing a more complete understanding of their needs. Review these tools for quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and manage daily customer delinquency needs.
- Effectively utilize dealer reporting tools like Salesforce and Tableau to identify growth opportunities and risk issues. Work with the Relationship Manager to act on growth opportunities.
- Coordinate lot audit reconciliation with the centralized inventory audit team.
- Cross-train with the Business Processing Associate to cover responsibilities as needed.
- Understand and operate within compliance of all applicable laws and codes for the assigned geographic area.

What You Should Have, as a Data Entry Representative:
- Experience in a similar type of role, based around computers & paperwork
- Extreme attention to detail to enter important information into the systems with zero error
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check
- Strong communication skills in English is a must
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions
In Return, You Will Receive:
- $20.00/hr plus 4 % vacation pay accrued and paid out when requested
- Access to a Vertical Representative Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
The Shift You Will be Working is:
- Weekday shifts
- Monday to Friday
