Full-Time Furniture Sales Associate – Permanent
 
Our client provides both an online and in-store showroom shopping experience, offering products returned from leading online retailers. The successful candidate will support customers with purchases, deliver excellent customer service, and help create a positive shopping experience.
The ideal candidate should be a self driven sales representative that has interest in home goods and interior design, that truly enjoys interacting with customers.
 
What you will be doing as a Full-Time Furniture Sales Associate:  
  1. Ensure to greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries.
  2. Responsible to process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
  3. Responsible to establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  4. Assist customers in finding furniture pieces that suit their style, budget, and space requirements.
  5. Responsible for maintaining an organized and visually appealing showroom.
  6. Manage time efficiently to handle multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service.
  7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
  8. Support customers with managing orders as needed throughout the purchase process and scheduling deliveries.
 
What you should have as a Full-Time Furniture Sales Associate:   
  1. High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education preferred.
  2. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  3. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  4. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
  5. Proficiency in using POS systems for transaction processing.
  6. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  7. A passion for providing outstanding customer service and building relationships with customers.
In Return, You Will Receive:  
 
  1. $21.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on experience
  2. An uncapped 2% commission structure.

Where You Will Be Working: 
 
  1. Mississauga, On
  2. In store
  3. Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  4. Saturday 10:00 AM -5:00 PM
  5. Biweekly will receive the schedule
  6. 5 days a week, but need to have the above hours available
  7. Expected hours: 40 per week
