Senior IT Systems and Helpdesk AdministratorPermanent
 
 
What you will be doing:  
  • IT Compliance & Audit Management
  • Support customer security reviews and compliance initiatives
  • Assist with certification and audit requirements including IATF, ISO, TISAX, and financial audits
  • Contribute to sustainability and cybersecurity compliance programs
  • Support business continuity planning and testing
  • Administer supplier IT compliance and assessment programs
  • Support facility-level IT audit programs
  • Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Management
  • Monitor and maintain cybersecurity devices, tools, and infrastructure
  • Manage endpoint security, MDR solutions, and antivirus systems
  • Administer cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives
  • Conduct quarterly user access reviews
  • Coordinate penetration testing and remediation actions
  • Manage patching and vulnerability mitigation
  • Participate in internal cyber incident response teams
  • Evaluate supplier cybersecurity readiness
  • WAN and network design
  • cybersecurity platforms
  • infrastructure modernization
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for Helpdesk issues involving:
-PCs and servers
-network equipment
-telephony systems
-print devices
-operating systems
-Active Directory
 
What you should have:  
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field, or
    8–10 years of relevant IT infrastructure or systems administration experience
  • Windows Server environments
  • Active Directory administration
  • LAN/WAN networking
  • PC and server hardware infrastructure
  • Microsoft ecosystem and cloud services
  • Networking or Microsoft certifications are considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information to business stakeholders

  • 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm (flexible)
