Job Description
We are seeking motivated and dependable General Laborers to join our team in Regina. This role involves supporting various construction, maintenance, warehouse, hospitality or industrial projects by performing manual tasks that require physical strength and endurance. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic, ready to contribute to a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment at job sites and warehouses
- Perform general manual labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning work areas Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
- Support skilled tradespeople with their tasks as needed
- Maintain safety standards by adhering to company policies and procedures
- Ensure work sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Prior experience in construction, warehouse, hospitality, or industrial settings is a plus but not required
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to manual labor roles is essential
- Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings
