Installation Technician (Temporary to Permanent)

What You Will Be Doing, as an Installation Technician
- Complete the installation and removal of advertising products such as vinyl, paper, and styrene on buses, trains, and stations.
- Post and maintain outdoor products including transit shelters, ad benches, and billboards.
- Load and transport signs, tools, and materials to locations safely.
- Perform maintenance and repairs, including pressure washing, graffiti removal, and replacing broken glass panels.
- Ensure all assigned work is completed accurately, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
- Daily reporting of all installations and removals.
- Operate hand and power tools in accordance with safety protocols.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Should Have, as an Installation Technician :
- A valid Class 5 driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role or general labor environment.
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous labor, including lifting up to 50lbs.
- Ability and comfort working at heights.
- Ability to work in all weather and harsh conditions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Punctual, dependable, and a quick learner who can work independently.
- General knowledge of the Lower Mainland is considered an asset.
- Must pass a criminal background check
In Return, You Will Receive:
- Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour.
- Competitive hourly rates with the opportunity for overtime.
- Paid weekly, week after on Fridays
- Group Benefit Coverage.
- 4% vacation pay – accrued and paid out when you need it.
- Opportunity for permanent hire.
- Access to a Vertical Representative Monday to Friday 8am to 11pm and on weekends.
The Shift You Will be Working is:
- Days: Monday to Friday.
- Timing: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m..
- Flexibility: Must be open to working other shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Where You Will Be Working, as an Installation Technician :
- Location: Richmond, BC.
- Accessibility: A reliable vehicle is required as you will be responsible for transporting materials and organizing drive routes.
