Construction Estimator/ Sales Representative – Permanent
What you will be doing:
- Conduct thorough on-site assessments of residential and commercial foundations, parkades, and structural concrete.
- Develop accurate, competitive project estimates and scopes of work for structural repairs and specialty coatings.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure they have the clear specs and site details needed to execute the job perfectly.
- Meet monthly sales quotas
- Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and centers of influence
- Identify and initiate contact with target referral sources such as insurance agents, realtors, and commercial property management companies etc.
- Actively participate and network in industry-related trade organizations promoting the company’s services
- Build brand awareness, and having a genuine willingness to make a difference in your community through service
- Provide daily marketing reports
What you should have:
- 3+ years of Direct foundation repair experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people.
- Uncompromising honesty and integrity
- You must have a proven track record in the industry.
- Deep understanding of concrete repair techniques and structural stabilization.
- Specific experience estimating or managing repairs in parkade environments and applying industrial-grade coatings.
- Ability to read blueprints, structural engineering reports, and architectural drawings.
- Understanding exterior water management, soil grading, and how landscaping impacts foundation health
In Return, You Will Receive:
- $60,000 + 5% commission up to $1.5 million then increase to 7%
-OR 100% Commission, 50% profit ($1000 profit, take home $500) depending on candidates’ preference.
- Company Vehicle to take home, but for business purposes only + fuel card
