Strategic Relationship Manager (SRM) - Toronto / GTA
The Strategic Relationship Manager is responsible for the quality, health, growth, and
profitability of the company's relationships with its clients by ensuring that our services and
solutions are delivered in alignment with that client's objectives and key strategies.
Strategic Relationship Manager duties:
• Build and improve relationships with customers and partners by engaging in regular contact
with clients to maintain a high level of personal interaction.
• Identify potential opportunities in key geographical location.
• Managing sales pipeline.
• Manage and achieve KPI targets.
• Educate and inform clients about services by engaging in strategic marketing campaigns.
• Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
• Work with internal departments to ensure company meets clients’ expectations.
• Oversee customer relationship management system.
• Coordinate new customer onboarding with client and internal team.
Requirements:
• 5-10 years in business related sales
• Business Degree or Diploma
• Proficient experience with CRM systems, lead generation platforms, Google Docs,
Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong Verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with excellent prioritization /time management skills
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
