Administrator Coordinator (Temporary to Permanent)

What You Will Be Doing, as a Admin/ Project Coordinator
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Enter project data into, Google Spreadsheet, Quickbooks enterprise, Clock shark scheduling software
  • Submit front end documents to customers
  • Maintain and update as required existing safety program for employees
  • Includes arranging and organizing training for employees
  • Implement new safety programs for company  
  • Arrange freight and courier for shipments
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for installers
  • Admin duties

What You Should Have, as a Admin/ Project Coordinator

    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Attention to detail.
    • Good verbal communication
    • Experience in  Google Spreadsheet, Quickbooks enterprise and Clock shark scheduling software
    • Must have some construction admin or related experience

In Return, You Will Receive:
  • Pay will be determined by experience - $22 to $26 depending on experience 
    • Paid weekly, every Monday.
    • Opportunity for permanent hire
    • 4% vacation pay – accrued and paid out when you need it
    • Access to a Vertical Representative Monday to Friday 8am to 11pm and on weekends

The Shift You Will be Working is:
  • Monday-Thursday (4 days a week)
  • 8am-5pm
