What You Will Be Doing, as a Admin/ Project Coordinator
Other duties as assigned.
Enter project data into, Google Spreadsheet, Quickbooks enterprise, Clock shark scheduling software
Submit front end documents to customers
Maintain and update as required existing safety program for employees
Includes arranging and organizing training for employees
Implement new safety programs for company
Arrange freight and courier for shipments
Arrange travel and accommodations for installers
