As part of these updates, effective October 1, 2025, all vacation pay will now be accrued rather than paid automatically; except in Calgary, AB. This change provides greater flexibility and transparency in how employees manage their vacation entitlements.
Team members who wish to request a payout of their accrued vacation pay may do so at any time by:
