What if I have a cell phone, but do not have data?

Not an issue. We can still accommodate you for assignments, we just need to be made aware that you do not have data. Please click here to notify us immediately.

What happens if I don't show up to work?

We have an attendance program for all our employees. It is also algorithmically built into our VOD app. Showing up to work and providing us proper notice of absences, being late or leaving early is how you will be star graded in our system. 5 stars means you get work before others, 1 star means the opposite. Please make sure you are following this program to ensure you do not lose out on future opportunities. When do I get paid?

Vertical provides payment weekly to 95% of our employees. Depending on the assignment client you are working for, some clients request us to pay bi-weekly. Before accepting an assignment, we will share your payment schedule with you. After a successful work period, whether one week or two weeks of work completed, Vertical will pay you on the following Friday.

When can I be hired on directly?

This is solely up to the discretion of the company you are on assignment with. Please click here to inquire for further details.

What happens if I show up to work and I am sent home?

As per your employment agreement, Vertical holds all employees accountable to the ESA Guidelines. Please click here to be directed to the ESA Guidelines and read section 5.3.2 Scheduling Background.
